The Planning Process

If you just take it step by step at a steady pace then you can achieve anything but if you just rush into things then you are just setting yourself up for disappointment because you’ve not planned what your doing and you are just tunnel visioned to what exactly you plan to achieve.

My question to people who are reading. if you knew that rushing into things. That you would just hit a brick wall and end up lost what to do next. Would you bother? I know i wouldn’t so my advice would be to grab a pen and paper and plan and write down your ideas in a list and what you want to do so you have a clear picture.

Planning doesn’t happen over night either so don’t just thing after two days that you’ve got three or four ideas and that’s it. Think clearly no distractions and just go for it. I spent weeks planning writing and jotting down little ideas.

When stuff didn’t work for me i would put a little * next to it as a marker. So i remembered this one either didn’t work completely or there was as i describe a glitch. So the fact it didn’t work 100% means lets try something different and we will work and either add or take off stuff with that.

For Example , Stop doing one thing such as going to bed late and waking up early and rushing around straight away. They decreased a bit so i thought. Right ok that has changed a bit so lets keep that in mind and try something different as well as that.
